I had an overall decent stay at the Orchid Hotel. The check-in process was quick, and the room appeared clean with some nice touches like toy cars for my kids. However, the hotel definitely shows its age, with worn carpets and an unsafe door latch. The cleanliness could also be improved in certain areas, especially the toilet. For RM150, the family room was fair, but the hotel really needs some refurbishing.
